Next Generation Sequencing using the Thermofisher Ion Torrent Genexus Sequencer.


Indications

To enable tumour profiling of Non Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) and the identification of suitable targeted therapies


Sample Type

Embedded paraffin wax tissue blocks, paraffin wax curls (minimum tumour content 20%)


Turnaround Time

Approximately 10 days


Testing Frequency

Twice Weekly (Monday & Wednesday)
